  • Check in from 3 pm to 8 pm.

  • Check out by 11:30 am.

  • Please respect other guests and observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.

  • All rooms are non-smoking: $500 will be charged for violation.

  • Any damages will incur a repair/replacement charge.

  • Guests will be charged $25 for lost keys.

  • No pets.

  • Double occupancy per room with the exception of room #6, which can accommodate 3 guests.

  • No capacity for extra beds in the guest rooms.

  • Children older than 16 years are welcome.

  • All room rates are subject to state and local taxes.

cancellation Policy

  • Reservations must be guaranteed by providing a valid credit card at the time of booking.

  • You may cancel your reservation or modify your departure date 7 days prior to arrival.

  • Extended stay reservations (seven or more nights) cancelled or changed with fewer than seven days notice will forfeit their advance deposit.

  • Cancellations or changes to holiday/event reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of deposit.

  • No shows will be charged for full stay.

  • Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival for Concours d’Elegance, from (plug in dates), will result in a charge for full stay.
